Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which services provided by The Daedalus Projects (operating under FoundrAds Digital, Company Registration No. TR0326950-V) may be canceled or refunded. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Monthly Retainers (Growth Engine & Operator)

Our service packages operate on a monthly retainer basis with a strict 3-month minimum commitment. Because digital marketing requires time for algorithms to learn, test, and optimize, this initial period is mandatory.

• Initial 3-Month Period: Cancellation requests made within the first 3 months of service will not be eligible for any refunds of paid monthly fees. The client is financially responsible for the entirety of the 3-month term.
• Post-Commitment Cancellation: After the 3-month minimum period has been fulfilled, clients may cancel their monthly retainer by providing 14 days written notice before the next billing date.

2. Refund Policy for Services

Due to the time-intensive nature, strategic planning, and immediate resource allocation involved in digital marketing and creative development, all monthly retainer fees are non-refundable.

• No Partial Month Refunds: If a client cancels mid-month (after the 3-month commitment), no pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the billing cycle. The service will remain active until the end of the paid month.
• Work in Progress: If a project is canceled before completion, the client is liable for payment of all work completed up to the date of cancellation.

3. One-Off Projects (Web Development & Branding)

For one-off services such as landing page builds or brand identity packages, a deposit or upfront fee is required to commence work.

• Deposits: All deposits and upfront payments are strictly non-refundable as they cover initial strategy, onboarding, and resource allocation.
• Milestone Cancellations: If a one-off project is canceled mid-way through development, the client will be billed for all milestones completed up to the cancellation date. No refunds will be provided for completed milestones.

4. Advertising Spend

The Daedalus Projects does not manage, hold, or refund client advertising budgets. Ad spend is funded directly by the client to third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok). Any disputes regarding ad spend charges must be directed to the respective advertising platform.

5. Termination by The Daedalus Projects

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately, without refund, if a client engages in abusive behavior, fails to provide necessary access/accounts for prolonged periods, or requests actions that violate advertising platform policies or Malaysian law.
