Welcome to The Daedalus Projects (operating under FoundrAds Digital, Company Registration No. TR0326950-V). By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. No Guarantee of Specific Results

Digital marketing, advertising, and search engine optimization involve platforms controlled by third parties (such as Meta, Google, and TikTok) which utilize proprietary AI and algorithms. Because there are hundreds of variables that impact ad performance and market response, we cannot and do not guarantee specific revenue, return on ad spend (ROAS), or conversion metrics.

What we do guarantee is the flawless execution of our infrastructure, tracking, technical setup, and strategic optimization as outlined in our service agreements.

2. Service Retainers & Commitment

Our ongoing service packages (such as The Growth Engine and The Operator) operate on a minimum 3-month retainer commitment. Marketing algorithms require time to learn, test, and optimize. A 3-month cycle allows the data to stabilize and provides our team with the necessary runway to engineer profitable growth.

• Termination: After the initial 3-month period, retainers can be terminated with 14 days written notice.
• Early Cancellation: Canceling a retainer before the 3-month minimum is met does not absolve the client of the remaining balance owed for the committed term.

3. Advertising Spend & Budget

The fees paid to The Daedalus Projects are strictly for management, strategy, creative, and execution. Ad spend is not included in our management fees. Clients are solely responsible for funding their own advertising budgets directly through their platform accounts (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) or via a direct payment method linked to the platform.

The Daedalus Projects applies a 0% markup on ad spend. We do not hold or manage client ad spend funds directly.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of any campaign, the client agrees to provide timely access to necessary assets, accounts, and information. Delays in providing ad account access, branding materials, or website permissions may impact campaign timelines and results.

5. Intellectual Property & Assets

Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, the client retains ownership of the final digital assets created specifically for their campaigns (e.g., ad graphics, copy). However, The Daedalus Projects reserves the right to use these assets for portfolio and marketing purposes unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to engagement.

6. Payment Terms

Invoices for monthly retainers are issued in advance and are due within 7 days of the invoice date. Failure to pay an invoice on time may result in the pausing of active campaigns and services until the balance is cleared.
